Following hospitalization for an illness or injury, Pisgah Manor provides individualized rehabilitation programs and nursing care to help you become as independent as possible. Our team will work closely with your doctor to assist you in reaching your full potential. Extended stays are also available. Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Medication Aides provide round-the-clock nursing care. Assistance with activities of daily living and meals are provided by certified nursing assistants. Our well-staffed activities department offers exercise, crafts, cooking, games, intellectually stimulating programs, outings and much more! Mount Pisgah Academy, a Seventh-day Adventist boarding school adjacent to our campus provides the opportunity for students to work half of their school day at Pisgah Valley to offset tuition costs and to provide invaluable interaction between our residents and the high school students.
