MISSION STATEMENT
As a faith-based Seventh-day Adventist organization, we are dedicated to serving the healthcare and residential needs of our community while upholding Christian principles.

STATEMENT OF VALUES
We value the diversity of our residents, employees, business colleagues and visitors – treating each individual with compassion and respect regardless of their background, race, religion, or culture.

RESIDENTS
Our residents are our highest priority. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to meeting the immediate and emerging needs of our residents in finding fulfillment, independence, dignity and purpose through love and compassion.

COMMUNITY
We believe it is important to be responsive to the needs of our surrounding communities by directing our resources to outreach programs, service and educational opportunities.

EMPLOYEES
Our employees are our most valuable resource. We strive to provide an environment in which employees find fulfillment and reach their maximum potential through advancement and educational opportunities. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and express their concerns in order to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment in connection with their work.

MANAGEMENT
We believe in being good stewards of our resources, while practicing fair and consistent application of policies/procedures, and ethical business practices. Our work is grounded in Christian principles and we believe that obedience to God is best measured by our service to others.
