Pisgah Wellness Center: Optimize Health & Well-Being in a Fully-Equipped Fitness Center

Pisgah Wellness Center is a fully-equipped fitness center available to our residents, with memberships open to the public. The facility features a 15' by 30' therapy pool, whirlpool, dry sauna, a full circuit of nautilus strength training equipment, aerobic equipment, wellness classes and workshops, massage therapy and water aerobics. 2009 brings renovated, larger locker rooms and additional showers. Our therapists create an active and progressive rehabilitation plan for each individual patient.

Aquatic therapy can help a patient in the following ways:

• Decrease pain
• Increase joint range of motion and strength
• Increase endurance
• Increase balance and coordination

Wellness Center Fees and Schedules

Rates require a one (1) year contract.
